This is a beta test only

Elephant Planner is an experimental beta test, provided free of charge. No money has been exchanged or is owed by anyone, and nothing here is a paid or commercial service. Use of the site is a trial, not a contract for services.

No liability or responsibility

The site is provided “as is”, with no promises that it will work, be available, be accurate or keep your data. During the beta, the owner of elephantplanner.com takes no liability or responsibility of any kind for the site or for anything that happens through using it, including errors, downtime, lost or changed data, or decisions made using what it shows. You use it at your own risk and should keep your own records of anything important. This does not exclude anything that the law does not allow to be excluded.

The beta can change or end

Features may change, accounts may be removed and the whole beta may stop at any time, without notice. Data entered during the beta may be deleted when it ends.

Accounts and use

• Accounts are created by your school. Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• Choose your own password when asked, and tell your school if you think someone else knows it.
• Use the site only for school purposes. Do not try to see other people's data, break or overload the site, or upload unlawful, harmful or offensive material.
• Schools are responsible for the information they enter and for having any permission they need from parents and guardians.

These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
